James is a fantastic realtor. My wife and I started the home search process with James in the Spring of 2023, after looking through many houses that James quickly set up showings we decided that it wasn't the right time. James never pushed us and wanted what was truly best for us. It wasn't until October of 2024 that we found the house that we were looking for, we called James up on a Friday at 10 am, he set up a showing for 2 pm that same day, we put the offer in on Saturday, and got accepted on Sunday. James is always very responsive, well prepared for showings with comps, and provides great advice on how to make an offer stand out. He never hesitated to reach out to other selling agents to get more information about the place and knew what questions to ask to get the inside scoop!James's help didn't end with getting the offer accepted, he helped us with setting up utilities and recommending some fantastic contractors for the new house. I’ve known Alex Glaser for over 15 years, so when my wife and I decided to buy a home in Richmond, there was no question that he would be our agent. His deep knowledge of RVA made our home search so much easier. One thing I really appreciated about Alex was his patience. It’s crazy how emotional home buying can be, but Alex kept things cool like a fresh Faygo shower at a Juggalo gathering.
