I had the most wonderful experience with Joe. He makes the whole process fun and entertaining but keeps things moving forward. He was so knowledgeable about every home we looked at. Working with James was great! We had a very strange situation where my husband was bogged down with work and couldn't travel out of state to look at homes for the move. James was patient as I not only toured the home as normal, but then made (sometimes rather long) videos touring the home so my husband could see them from afar. We also took several weekend sessions and some tweaking on what we were looking for and James' flexibility was great. Eventually, we found the perfect house and, even though there were multiple offers, he was able to help us make our offer more appealing without breaking the bank. On top of that, when it came time to actually sign the final paperwork, Covid restrictions were just starting to take place and he was able to reassure us as the date got closer that everything should still go off without a hitch. If that weren't enough, he's also checked in several times after we have moved in to see if there's anything he can help with. James was extremely helpful, efficient, patient, and communicative. The genius of the Glasser Group is that Alex has an amazing team. Wendy, the listing agent, is a great communicator who efficiently tracked all of the details of everything that went into selling the house while staying in constant touch. Her sense of humor kept our stress level to a minimum. Jon, the stager, told us how to present the house so that it had people flocking to see it on the first day. Miles and Rene, the videographer and photographer, are true artists who captured the beauty of our home in creative ways. We are happy that we placed our home in such capable hands.
