Alex is a native of Richmond, Virginia who graduated from Virginia Tech in 2007 with a minor in Real Estate. He then spent two years working with his brother who is a contractor, learning the in’s and out’s of how homes are built and repaired. Even in this challenging market, Alex and his staff, The Glaser Group, have been able to help so many people accomplish their goals and objectives because of their exceptional service, assertive sales skills, top-of-the line marketing, cutting edge technology and most importantly– hard work. Alex is the lead generator, prospects daily for qualified buyers, lists properties, negotiates offers and manages staff.

Lauren Glaser

Lauren has lived in Richmond for over 20 years. She graduated from Longwood University in 2010 with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation and began working in that field shortly after graduation.  In 2013, Lauren decided to make a career change.  It was then that she got her Real Estate License and began working with Alex.  Lauren helps with scheduling appointments, writing contracts, marketing listings, and keeping in touch with agents and clients so that everyone is on the same page.  Lauren loves helping people and would be glad to answer any questions you may have.

Gail Patterson

Transaction Coordinator

Gail is a native of Richmond, Va with over 25 years experience working in the field of real estate. Gail has sold real estate, worked as an assistant for various appraisers as well as Realtors,  and now has worked as a Transaction Coordinator for the last 9 years.  She functions as a liaison between our clients and the attorneys, mortgage lenders and inspectors during the process of a sale by making sure all the many details of each sale are handled in a timely and professional manner.  She tracks all closings overseeing all necessary paperwork, inspections, addenda, etc. to ensure a timely closing.

Ryan Hagerty

Administrative Assistant

Ryan’s primary focus to help Lauren with administrative office duties. Before starting with The Glaser Group Ryan worked for 9 years as a Nursing Assistant. Her passion for helping people and being able to organize and manage many projects at once have carried over as invaluable skills here at our office.
